Hi there,
MySudo for Android currently supports sending and receiving calls or messages in/between the following countries:
Australia 
Canada
New Zealand
South Korea
United Kingdom
United States*
*No US Territories are supported at this time.
Placing and receiving calls outside of these select destinations is not currently supported.
You can change the country code prefix by long pressing 0 and then selecting + followed by the country code. E.g +44 for UK or +1 for US.
